You know i had to bait with the title, no, this isn't some super massive upgrade which makes all pokemon 6-A, but it is damn good for starter.
The feat
The feat i will provide you with is this
Piloswine destroys Ecruteak city with an earthquake
the feat is Piloswine violently shaking Ecruteak...
What's the exact value of the 7-A+ values on the Pokemon profiles? Particularly, Dugtrio and Marowak. I've been looking all over and can't find any linked calcs on the profiles, especially since they all seem to refer to the AP value being derived from the move "Earthquake", while the only 7-A+...
Since I can talk about Pokémon again and finally learned the forum move has been done, I’m responding to an objection to my position on a certain thread.
That thread was closed because “Another one bites the dust” without my position having been actually debunked and while I was writing a reply...
I'd like to see a source for Earth Power being 8-A, as I've been looking through Pokemon calc blogs on this wiki for a while and can't find anything.
I'm currently working on a Pokemon template profile that can be copied and pasted to make things easy, and I'd like to have as many direct...
It has surviving the epicenter move Earthquake, which is slightly stronger than Magnitude 8 (294 gigatons) as a feat for durability, which is High 6-C.
Either the durability needs to be changed or the feat removed, unless there's something I'm missing
For this versus thread, Dark Continent Hisoka is up against Diglett. Let's get into the details of this versus thread.
-Speed Equalized
-Both in Character
-Location: Open field
-Range: 2.5 meters
-Win via death
Votes:
Hisoka: 0
Diglett: 1
So, I've been thinking this over for some time, and looking at the feats of Pokémon and the Earthquake Power Chart, I believe that earthquakes in the verse should have to do with seismic energy, not radiated waves.
Reason one why I think that is the nature of the moves Earthquake and Magnitude...
No, not Magnitude lol.
I was wondering how would we treat Dugtrio's feat. Dugtrio digs 60 miles underground and triggers earthquakes because of it. Because the earthquakes come from digging so far underground, I think that it would qualify for natural earthquakes, because it probably does...

I checked to see if this was ever discussed here and couldn't find anything on it so just making sure everyone knows this exists.
Personally, I'm against Dugtrio's 6-C rating. It just doesn't make sense for it to be about levels like Tyranitar's or even Gyarados.
Instead, I decided to post this:
Extremely powerful, they can DIG through even the hardest ground to a depth of over 60 miles.
~ Pokedex Entry...
The tiers of Diglett and it's evolution Dugtrio are based on taking the numbers from Magnitude at face value and assuming they're equal to an earthquake of equal rating on the Richter scale. The problems with this is that I don't recall anything in-game justifying such an assumption, the fact...
QUICK. QUICK. BEFORE DIGLETT'S PROFILE GETS REVISED.
Round 1: Peak Magnitude Diglett vs entire verse bracket style from weakest to strongest. Speed equalized.
Round 2: Same as above, but with Dugtrio.
Bonus: Low 6-B Diglett vs Tenshi Hinanawi. Speed equalized.
