I was wondering how would we treat Dugtrio's feat. Dugtrio digs 60 miles underground and triggers earthquakes because of it. Because the earthquakes come from digging so far underground, I think that it would qualify for natural earthquakes, because it probably does things with tectonic plates while digging, as it's not caused by using moves like Earthquake or Bulldoze. However, I have no idea how to calculate that. I assume that it would be felt 60 miles away.

Pretty sure you don't need Tier 6 durability to survive being at the epicenter of an earthquake.

Unless it's being applied directly to one's body (i.e. Whitebeard's Shake-Shake Fruit) I don't think so.

Off topic, but this is my thread and it's already about Pokemon, so whatever.

I think Mega Pokemon should be scaled to weaker Legendaries. For one, within the game, their stats are higher. Obviously, that's not enough lol. However, other than plot armor incarnate, they're for the most part, only used to battle each other or Legendaries. Pokedex Entries, when they're feat related, have some Mega Pokemon do things that are normally exclusive to Legendaries. For example, Mega Manectric is said to run as fast as lightning. The only other Pokemon said to do that are Raikou, Pheromosa, and Zeraora. Finally, Mega Evolution is the excess energy put into evolution stones by Xerneas and Yveltal and the Ultimate Weapon (Pokémon). The power of the Ultimate Weapon radiated the energy of those two across the region and infused into the Mega Stones.

I mean inverse square law dictates you'd tank it. But you'd tank such an infinitesimal amount it wouldn't' matter.
