    The problem is because of the versus thread rules, restricting zero isn't something that you can do. My interpretation of the keys is that base has Zero but isn't it using to it's utmost limits. The keys are whack, it's the profile that needs fixing.

    I wouldn't say it is reactive evolution because of how limited the jumps in power were. When she fought the swordsmen, she didn't really develop specific abilities to deal with their many gimmicks. She just developed karma cutting.     Reactive power level would be a more safe guess, with how she juggles between high and low output feats so frequently. It could also explain zero in the lostbelts.
