As for how the number of moons orbiting around a planet indicates larger planet size, it would make sense from what we see of the planets orbiting around our solar system (with larger planets having more moons orbiting around them and all), but we can't exactly measure the size of said planet to...
High 6-A Upgrade
I do not see any evidence that a destruction/feat yielding Multi-Continent level, as this angel (Fidelity) only departs from the ocean, and not the actual ocean itself.
What is happening to the ocean itself that scales Fidelty to High 6-A, or what is Fidelty being able to do...
Any forms of electricity fired by a character that has Building level AP (or higher) would mean said electricity = actual cloud-to-ground lightning in terms of speed
Any forms of electricity fired by a character that is under Building level AP would mean that he/she would technically not be...
Perhaps it would be best to close this then, although a note needs to be mentioned that
Naruto/Sasuke not being able to sufficiently hurt Kaguya is not a valid argument, as Naruto/Sasuke were able to hurt Kaguya with their attacks/techniques were shown to us when said blows actually landed...
Considering that we are treating fictional lightning being just as fast (if not faster) than actual lightning at this point, I would think that a direct calculation/measurement is needed if you want to claim that a bolt of lightning in fiction is to be slower than an actual lightning bolt?
As...
@Kaltias: It's nothing complex as that.
I was just saying that since we consider the majority of the lightning in fiction as having actual lightning speed now, we just calculate all of electric/lightning dodging feats on the assumption that these electric discharges are always going to be...
So basically, nothing major really changes, other than lightning in fiction = actual lightning speed
provided that said character is able to generate as much energy into their attacks as a real lightning bolt would, or higher.
As for my previous point, it just means that lightning in fiction...
As for the timeframe issue, I see the scenario spanning out like this.
Character fires lightning
Lightning is shown to travel upwards for a couple seconds
Lightning dissipates
As for how to deal with this, we basically treat said lightning bolt as having actual lightning speed, except that...
These rules would still conform to the standard requirements in the Lightning Dodging page.
It's just that we're actually officially assigning the speed of electricity (in fiction) = actual lightning speed, provided that said character is able to generate as much energy as an actual lightning...
Going to mention that applying this rule would make lightning calcs a bit, simpler (according to how we treat rules regarding lightning here).
EDIT: As for how to treat timeframes involving lightning attacks, we can treat these attacks as...
Initial speed of lightning/electricity having...
Naruto being able to hurt Six Paths Obito would mean Obito having a specific weakness to Sage Techniques (I believe this was stated in the chapters related to this before), as Obito was pretty much impervious to everything else that was thrown at him otherwise.
So the above case would be an...
If we are going by the low end of lightning, regular low ends would be enough (Thus any electrical discharges from Building level characters should have regular lightning speed).
But then one more thing that could be added here is that if a character is able to manipulate cloud-to-ground...
The issue? We do not know if said lightning bolts will yield 5e9 Joules, or higher, fiction-wise, as rarely we are shown electrical discharges yielding significant values (The most that we see is said discharge make contact with something, resulting in a small explosion).
It would be better if...
So just to clarify, if Dodo's calculation is accepted, the Country level stats for the Juubi may need to be re-looked at, unless the Juubi is country level for other than the reasons OP stated above
To clear things up in my reply above, we know that
Electric Power (P): Rate of which electrical energy is transferred (not always an electric circuit, in this case), per unit of time.
Power (Watt) = 1 Joule/second (energy transferred per unit of time)
Since cloud-to-ground lightning seems to...
Will post my reply from a previous thread
Cloud-to-ground lightning, in general, produces Large Building level yield in terms of energy, thus any electrical attack that are produced by characters who are above Large Building level in terms of AP should have the speed of their lightning attacks...
Perhaps an easier way to figure this out is that...

If you are really unsure about how a character's stats should be made, make a separate blog post detailing your profile/page, and the others will check to see if the stats are justifiable or not.
@Dodo: Blowing up a star is something that the Silver Crystal could do, but said power was only alluded, and not directly shown to us throughout the series (in the first arc).
Unfortunately, it later does show that the Silver Crystal is capable of doing much more than that (such as being...
If that "divine light" that covered Godzilla was a form of protection from a higher being, then it could qualify for Type 4 Immortality considering that protection from higher beings/gods towards that character would mean that said character would qualify for Type 4 immortality, to an extent...
@Ikanil: Just want to ask something here, but about the page that you linked, did it happen during Part 1, or after Part 1?
Also, the Silver Crystal blowing up a Star does not mean that said crystal is at its weakest state (according to the page that you linked); it just says that said crystal...
Should the Calc Team members check these calculations?
OBD's standards on what is acceptable in terms of calculations are significantly different from VSB's standards (where VSB may accept things that OBD doesn't, and vice versa).
Perhaps separate blogs can be made for those calculations?
