    Like Risci said, they don't scale automatically and require feats of it. Thing is that Percy and co do have the feats due to repeatedly taking hits from Jason/Thalia's lightning and the same lightning being used to harm other beings that they harm physically.

    I don't really know about Mayuri but people do get explosion manip for having grenades. Mayuri does also have stuff like Kido which includes stuff like Rikujokoro. He should probably have limited light manip.

Since it isn't a thing in pokemon we assume Gardevoir to have it since by Nasuverse standards, it would be the equivalent of a monstrous/phantasmal beast.     Verse equal automatically happens under SBA. The only matches that don't have it are when the OP specifies otherwise. SO Sigurd basically resists the boatload of attacks and swings Gram. Not the best fight tbh.

    This is why I asked if they would be considered magical under verse equal since there are creatures in the Nasuverse that have similar abilities as Gardevoir which gets resisted by MR. Sentient monster is nothing new for Sigurd.

    Just wanna say that Smith only rewrote other NPCs one at a time and after they were rewritten, no more effort was required to keep them that way. Nothing says that the NPCs resisted the hacking in the first place either.
