So were Saitama and Flashy underneath the monsters base when it was pulled up? Does this mean Flashy is currently being pinned down by over 10km of the earths crust?
Could the newest OVA yield any increases in AP, Speed, or Durability for Mumen Rider? He has a pretty good showing against an underwater monster that creates massive splashes in the water when they are fighting it.
So using the anime timeframe we get 7/24 = 0.29166666666 seconds. 11161/0.29166666666 = 38266.2857 m/s. 1/2*(3.413E11)*(38266.2857)┬▓ = 2.4988427e+20 joules.

Not really new but... If we take the timeframe from the anime for the cloud to go from not open, to fully open (7 frames out of 24, so 0.291666667 seconds) and apply it to Ryukama's old calc , it yields a figure of 14.273 megatons of tnt.
The same S-class heros that are currently listed as massively hypersonic, scaling from atomic samurai? Thats not great evidence he was floating there for multiple seconds.
There's no way you can give Boros flight for that second scan, unless saitama is also flying there. As for him hovering, why is that more likely than him just falling but the scene happening in such a short timeframe that his relative motion is almost nothing. This is a relativistic character...
