Hello, a question about a calc I need to make. Basically, a character is capable of moving a landmass that's 100,000 km across with his energy, which includes lakes, mountains and rivers and such. However, we're not told the depth of that landmass taken. What would be a reasonable assumption to make for it?

my second question is if I should try and Ang Size the distance between All Might and Endeavor during the vigilantes calc (I have no idea what I should do, apparently, clouds have the average horizontal distance of 3 to 10 km, so I think I can use half of the 3km width on the cloud we see all might coming through) -
