Many ppl think that the characters will always have to demonstrate the level of DC to reach a certain tier. And if no corresponding of DC is demonstrated then it's argued as an "outlier". Thankfully we have rules that combat that sentiment, but I've seen shit tons of ppl arguing about it in CRTs lol. And IIRC, the 11-D scaling of Honkai has been removed due to Solacis's verse overhaul thread. Seems like the 11-D scaling was argued as an "outlier" as well, but it wasn't actually discussed by staff IIRC because the verse was already deleted at the time and eligible to be recreated without a CRT.

Schrödinger's statement being used as a cap is so ass , like it doesn't even mention Fallen Star it just mentions destroying the world wich is so vague that i literally can interpret in 10 different ways.
And even if they mean Fallen star why do people assume it's just a surface wipe , like Schrödinger just said destroy which can be fragmentation , vaporisation , overcoming Fallen Stars GBE etc.

I think there's an easter egg in a chapter much later where they're still seen working on the moon as someone flies by.
As to why they're still on a moon that was blown up by Roshi, among other things? I have no idea.
