Jujutsu Kaisen Discussion Page #1

How is it an AP feat? Kenjaku caused it ofc, but it was an indirect result no?
Like he caused Gojo to get sealed, causing cursed spirits to wreck Japan, causing a blackout, right?
What caused the blackout was Kenjaku's cursed energy, as Tengen says
Screenshot_20211121-110129.png

Later it is explicitly shown that he refers to the blackout and the chaos formed in Japan
Screenshot_20211121-110213.png

I don't understand why it would be an eventual effect of the awakened curses. Since it is said several times in the chapter that Kenjaku's chaos had a range limit and Tengen makes it explicit what that range is. Besides the fact that the curses have no limit, so if they were effects of them eventually it wouldn't be limited to that range; The manga also shows how the blackout happened, and it doesn't really look like it was by destruction of the awakened curses

0137-004.png

And in chapter 139 it is shown that the curses are like animals without reason, so it would be rather doubtful to believe that they caused the blackout in such a specific range

where does it say "Kenjaku caused the blackout with his own curse energy"

It is not directly stated this way, since narratively the main problem is Kenjaku's goal not the blackout. But with what I have shown it is explicit that it is legitimate.

Nothing actually alludes to him using his curse energy to do it. This feat is extremely vague and the narrative implications I don't see it implying he was who did it. Also why would Kenjaku do this?

I should post this is the hax revision thread, but im not sure if this is valid.
I was reading JJK on a non official website and saw this https://cdn.*****************.com/file/mangap/2085/10089000/24.jpeg
Basically says that only low level cursed spirits can phase thru walls, and high level cursed spirits with a lot of CE cant

On the website I read its chap 89, at the end with the title :Things I wanted to add but forgot part 1
But I think it was added there by the website makers.
I found it out on Vol 11 Extras

This is the link to the extras :

They can touch but they can't notice? That's weird, especially when it's surprising someone without curse energy interacts with curses. I believe "touch" would be in a sense like what happens in Jojo, where a Stand can defend itself against human attacks

Dk, but its never been stated you need curse energy to interact with curses IIRC. Just that you need it to harm them.

Well, Cursed energy is a concept that comes directly from the person and that no human being is able to feel or touch when it is in small amount (Every human being overflows Cursed energy and potentially creates curses). However, sorcerers are able to control the Cursed energy within their bodies and sense it.

I believe that Cursed energy is classified as non-physical interaction when the curse has little amount of Cursed energy

anyways, Volume 0 is getting a light novel adaptation along with the release of the movie.
Things like Nanamis Black Flash barrage and Todos special grade fight may get adapted... New feats maybe?
Light novel will be interesting too.
Theres also Jump giga Winter.

Spoiler Block so that I dont clutter the page ( Some stuff in Jump giga autumn booklet)

Speaking of that :

This is the JJK Jump Giga Autumn Booklet Cursed Spirit Showcase. Is there a translation out for it yet? It apparently has info on the Prison Realm, Sukunas fingers, Death Paintings, Tengen etc. The link I posted has a translated version, click on it for that (Only some parts are translated tho).

INVENTORY CURSE
It can store not only cursed tools, but also your student ID, driver's license, wallet... whatever you want! It's a 4D storage space; the only disadvantage is anything you put in it will be covered in bodily fluids. Like a cat or dog, it can form a master-servant relationship, but it won't be based on trust. By the way, the origin of this idea was a certain "pocket" in a nationally-renowned comedy manga.
This is for Tojis worm curse. Apparently its 4D?
Also dont know if the translation is accurate or not, but this is what a reddit user claimed that when the Prison Realm page was passed through google translation the results said :
<According to one theory, the subspace inside the barrier cannot be held by the law of time. After all, if you can go in and out of this, so-called cold sleeves will be possible. If you are interested, please try it. Is it okay? Ti AA 38 Moves around!
Translation seems broken but idk.

yeah, I remember bring it up but people ignored it. Yeah Toji's pet has a 4D pocket dimension in it, but no one would scale, unfortunately.

here was my post.
Some new and interesting information

Toji's Pet
Toji's pet curse has a Forth Dimensional (4-D) subspace in itself, and we that it is very reminiscent of a starry night sky. Draw back being that it is covered in a sticky fluid, since its still putting things in its mouth.

So guy in the past is implied to have the same curse as he was known for have 1000 swords which is obviously impossible to carry, the idea of the pocket space thing came from a national gag cartoon.

it make itself smaller and become candy ball sized.

Tengan
Tengan has four eyes and is blue in color, "The first thing that catches the eye is the four huge eyes. According to one theory, the top two fire destructive rays, and the bottom two fire he regenerates. Controls destruction and rebirth, It is a rumor that it is just like a lion god"

Tengan glizzy cobbler rank 1, he got a big mouth and a big smile, he can open his mouth and swallow a human head whole. Rumor of him being having eaten a whole cow with it being grilled at once/ a whole beef with out it being grilled at once.

A paragraph making fun of Tengans head and saying mount fuji will erupt again on top of his head. He used to be a fierce guy but calmed down over the years.

"BU DURELD According to "Zagakudanso," which summarizes the history and anecdotes of Go in the Meiji era, Gouchi Yasui in the Edo period has a deep knowledge of Go, astronomy, arithmetic, and magic, and one day he is immortal. There is an anecdote of playing against a hermit who has mastered the art of. A variant with four eyes, but gentle from beginning to end, the hermit called the name "Tengen" and shot down the center of the board from the beginning. Although he was a strange move, he was defeated by this "God's move" and thought, "Applying the astronomical reason to Go, and making it a world-class enemy."
He called the center of the board "Tengen". Even in the story of Satoshi Yasui, which was later made into a movie, the scene of "Hatsute Tengen" appears. However, the opposite of Tengen is kept hidden in the Go world, where he is kept secret."

Under the robe, Tengan has a t-shirt and shorts on.

I have translations for the other pages but they aren't the greatest using online translators.

Ah I see. Tho it should still get added to his page. This is a weird thought, but he can use it to BFR people (assuming he manages to make the worm eat them).
Im kinda interested in the Sukunas fingers page...

To be honest I don't like novels and making a version of an arc that has already happened doesn't really have a need.

But well, maybe some feats will gain greater explanation now. Like the sentence about Rika being able to destroy a Town

Or it could be another slice of life novel like the previous ones, "Yuta and the gang go out for dinner"

Megumi Tpd from his shikigami in that chap as well. I was under the impression that he climbs into shadows, and then out of them. But he can legit teleport now

So Gojo said that in a clash of domains, the more polished domain will win, however, it also can depend on the amount of cursed energy.
Does that mean that Yuta will destroy the infinite void in a clash of domains? (ofc assuming he has a domain).

It's weird because if that was the case, then Gojo wouldn't really be the strongest Jujutsu user alive.

That is probrably why gojo is so confident that the next generation will surpass him

Ps: i do not think yuta has a domain, yet

Yuta in terms of cursed energy completely destroys Gojo in any sense

However, in terms of skill and hax, Yuta ends up being killed in an instant. Yuta himself says that he is superior to Gojo in cursed energy, but inferior in cursed technique

Im pretty sure that it was mentioned when you use a cursed technique, you will waste a lot of energy, but because Gojo has the 6-eyes he barely loses any energy, which I think might give him a superiority even against opponents of higher cursed energy

I think you are hyping him a lot? I don't remember them mentioning that Yuta is far superior to Gojo in terms of cursed energy, it was mentioned in JJK 0 that Gojo could beat up fully awakened Rika but that means he will put his life at risk, so I think Yuta has higher cursed energy but doesn't necessarily mean that he is like, on a whole different level or far stronger...
