Would a character without a brain like a Spirit, Ghost, Robot and etc be automatically immune to mind manipulation?

So according to this user, they think Bleach’s verse mechanics (Mind tied to the Soul more specifically for ghosts and spirits) should apply to other verses for unconventional resistance to mind manipulation for spirits and ghosts specifically. Something I disagree with that myself as it shouldn’t inherently warrant any mind manipulation resistance.

Hello, I have an interesting cosmology model that may qualify as a hypertimeline, and from what I've seen you are the guy when it comes to Hypertimelines, so may I get an opinion of it?

So there is a cycle that encompasses creation, birth, growth, death, destruction and eventually rebirth/recreation, and it encompasses 9(technically 10) space-times, who had their time dimension(which they share) created by beings who are considered insignificant to the cycle. This cycle is simply considered as a part of another structure that has shown to have an overarching temporal relationship with the space-times that were mentioned before,

Can we consider this cycle as a hypertimeline?
