Here DT says that being above all concepts would not warrant a 1-A tiering (with overvoid basically being an extremely similar case to this). Apophatic Theology is also essentially considered "above all concepts" which gives the rating.

Quick DB Toei Cosmology adjustment

In 2020 this calc for the Afterlife size was rejected due to Heaven being Universe sized being rejected. Now that this has changed, the calc should be accepted as the calc team had said the calc was fine.
