    Yes, the totality of alternate timelines of a Numbered Earth would be 2-A. However, we can't apply this value to all mentions of a Numbered Earth. As you mentioned in Zero Hour, it explicitly mentions the main New Earth Timeline and its alternate Timelines being affected.

    Not really. From what I'm seeing, it's multiple rifts expanding that is causing the Zone to destabilize over time. Doomsday made multiple rifts over time, but I wouldn't consider making each one High 3-A.
