so let me get this straight: Machine God mirror reaches a level similar to Overgrown rover in power and Suiko in the manga is a superior monster to her brother with the drunken tiger style?

There's no doubt about it, manga Suiko has had a much more iconic entrance than webcomic Suiko. The fact that she was able to crack Machine God Miller's face like that is a massive upscale.

I would like to get some calcable feats out of this... I suppose at a bare minimum Machine God Miller will be above G-5, wherever he's scaled out of this. Of course there's nothing tier seven in this fight yet, just some tier 9 punching and tier 8 explosions.

I do really like the choreography though. You can tell that Murata is putting thought into how Miller fights and it's pretty cool- I love the more sychronised multi-arm attacks. It felt like Miller was just swinging wildly here in the WC but the manga version is moving all his limbs in concert like a spider. I'm glad this fight is getting expanded and that Aggregation got such a huge buff, I only wish Genos's fight with Extended Family of Darkness had been shown.

If Miller is more durable than G5's core, that makes drunk Suiko around Atomic Slash level

the thing is, Machine God mirror gets to fight on equal terms and tiring Rover shouldn't be on his level from that?

My internet is so slow but I don't recall Rover being on equal terms with Machine God Miller. If anything, Machine God Miller is implied to be superior because all Rover did was trigger one of his blasts to explode by intercepting it, it's not the same as a beam clash, Zombieman was able to trigger Homeless Emperor's orbs with bullets we know were weaker. I think this comparison about weaker things being able to intercept Homeless orbs is valid since Machine God Miller is obviously a robotic copy of those same powers, so you would think they would function similarly.

In any case, low cell count Black Sperm is much weaker than regular Black Sperm. Evil Natural Water gets stronger and faster the bigger he gets, and therefore tiny Evil Natural Water should logically be weaker than any other version.

I just kind of assumed that Rover's tiny form would be proportionally weaker than his original giant form, if only because his orbs are that much smaller. So imo, no, you can't scale Machine God Miller to Rover's profile. If anything we need a new key for his dog-sized form
 
Does ONE have a vendetta against the siblings of prodigy martial artists? This is the second time the siblings had better performance and relevance in the manga compared to the webcomic.

I hadn't considered this. That's insane when you put it like that, lol.

I'm neutral on that scaling atm, it seems like this final punch from Suiko is the only thing that's damaged Miller so far, so we'll see how this fight goes. I guess Black s and Rover are replacing Butterfly DX and Chain'N'Toad in this fight, but I would assume in the next chapter we'll still get the Hero Victim Names Association fighting Miller. It will be interesting to see their combat styles be completely useless lol

I think it's more like...

Webcomic: "Okay I've got these martial arts characters based on Master Roshi/evil Goku... how can I give these characters a bit more depth? How about related characters... Oh, I know I'll put a martial arts sibling in."

ONE adds the sibling in and they are obviously just a background character with no real impact on the story

Manga: "Hmm yeah I added these characters in to create interesting dynamics and fight scenes and they were kind of useless, which doesn't help characterization. I'll make them do more stuff in the manga so their scenes are memorable and exciting"

ONE gives them more to do the second time around

I'm just realizing that Bang was really like Master Roshi in his youth, he just grew out of womanizing as he aged up unlike the Turtle School Master
 
Since the manga removed Suiko dealing less than a percentage of damage to Miller, I wonder if we can scale her drunk state to/above Suiryu.

Suiko being stronger than Suiryu would be a surprise for sure, considering how Japan is with their portrayal of women.
