Summoning lucilius isn't out of the possibilities anymore either seeing how you can actually recreate Astrals if you have sufficient astral energy. Which is kinda dumb tbh.
Though it kinda feels weird since initially you need permission from the primal beast main body to make it work. Only thing I can think of is Lucifer's body allowing it lmao

The ones you can still recreate are the Nerf and weaker version, as we have seen that even with all that energy proculus was only able to create - lucilius the researcher - Beelzebub - the Astral commander. Not the lucilius with Lucifer's body or lucio body or Beelzebub with chaos energy.
So summoning lucilius is out of the possibility.

Yeah, this is somewhat true due to how the vessels need to be strong enough and not just a random. and at that time only Captain could possibly contain all 3 of those which was Proculus original plans
but it would still recreate them if there is a vessel to become conduit of their powers etc
