Top 15 Strongest Non-Smurfs for Every Tier Continuation 4.0

The Primordials page was deleted so they should be removed from "Characters from God of War" in Low 1-C. As it stands, Chaos, Nyx, Ouranos, Morpheus, Zeus, Athena, Kratos, and several other characters can stand at that spot. It should just be "Characters from God of War".

Is this rule considering unknown < any/all rating?

There's a character where the only thing he's got as unknown is Striking Strength and Durability, both because of its lack of physical body, but it is otherwise, both at the tier and at the AP, at 9-A, so just because of it's SS it'll be tiered as Unknown?

as it is set in a more realistic scenario, definetely not that number for the Aporophobic (who should be in the tens, due to the townsfolk being fearful of him) nor for the Cangaceiros (who should be in the hundreds, maybe thousands, due to killing sprees in multiple states of Brazil's northwest of both townsfolk, police and military forces), but maybe for the devil as hes, y'know, the biblical devil.
What the 3 have in common is the lack of regret/remorse for the kills, though. 0, whatsoever, indeed.

Suggesting Sirens for 8-C. On a quick skim, no one below No. 7 can handle info/concept/mind/soul based control via their voice, which they always open with. Unless there's passives that I missed.
 
For 5-B, what is the reason that Neo can't just nuke the two other spots above him, ie Saiki and Meng Chuan? Neither of them seem to have anything that could permanently kill him, nor anything stopping him from death manip/absorption with a thought, or use his aura, or anything really (all of which are layered).

I spent 10min reading cosmology blogs that don't talk about nothing except 2-B, 2-A or 1-C
Then i found that some Power Rangers could be 2-C, found none but saw that it's the ones that crossover with Kamen Rider
And i spent more like 15min checking the 2-C category, which have NO CHARACTERS PROPERLY EXPLAINING WHY THEY ARE 2-C
Characters are indexed A L W A Y S as being 2-C because someone else is, 60% of the time it is an inception, because the fella scales to another one, and the other 40% are 1-C characters (???????)
EVERY Kamen Rider character in the 2-C rating does not mention in the profile to how many universes the 2-C rating scales to, always mention other characters who also don't have this and end up scaling to Kamen Rider Blades or Saber, and guess what? Blades is either in tier 7 or 6 and jumps straight into 1-C and Saber does exactly the same and even has a H1-A key.

If this is just a whole bunch of poorly written AP sections, stop the TenSura characters here and i'll see if debating is possible, but someone has to take a look at this. To be clear, i'll proceed as if this is just outdated and should be in other ratings, and so far, TenSura occupies the 10th position

The hardest-to-deal-with hax seems to be NEP, which TenSura also has and deals with, on the characters of this rating, so i think they can end up here with speed equalized

#hurt. Jokes aside, the only 2-C guys are Ryusoul Red and Zenkaizer. Ryusoul is 1/7th 2 universes from Zyuoh Eagle & Zenkaizer did scale from saber's 2 universes, but they got upgraded and he never got updated.

IIRC, he does (Prior to this, he was able to summon shadow shenanigans and absorb the entirety earth). Dude can think and act even without his body. Though I'm not sure if that changes if because it's an incap, but I feel like that wouldn't make sense, yk? I think there is also another case but I gotta find that.

Tis mainly on the principle of, no body no way to interface with the world, but if he can actually do stuff in spite of that that could kill then yeah he can take the spot, esp since the usual CN arguments for potency I can't make, as I don't exactly know the novel

Either way, the 2-C Tensura people have AE on IM2 and CM1, so it's a stalemate, but iirc if you stalemate but beat those after, you still go up for indexing

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but I assume you mean you agree with Neo taking the spot, since he can act independently from his body? I'm not certain if there are any feats of him being technically incapped and being able to do something (mainly because, there are legit no incap for him lmao. His entire body could be screwed (including brain) and he could still do stuff). I do however, recall him just discarding his body and doing shit as spirit/soul, as that is very common.

Furthermore, I would assume his own aura would do some stuff here, since it is powernull, but eh.
