Afaik even if we assume his attacks spawn directly on his opponents or can bypass her barriers entirely, it's at least a three shot type of dura neg and he can't use if she paralyzes him with TK.
What her sub rel ass is supposed to do against FTL Gerson in speed unequal? At best it's scales 0.75c vs blitzes 2.43c to unholy degree.
His attacks don't spawn on his opponents. His An pred was used again thought based attack.

Well, with 243 times her speed, he would probably eliminate her before she could even react at a distance of 243 meters. At a greater distance, perhaps she could fly out of his reach and eliminate him.
Even so, it would only serve for attack speed and not for reactions or anything that helps her fight, and even with this attack speed she would need to use something that doesn't burn in air friction or fight in a vacuum to accomplish anything. If it's too big, she could lose a lot of speed because of the weight, so 99% of the time her attack speed will be useless.

I usually try to scale characters as high as possible using semi-troll logic in my head but that blindsided even me.
Deltarune is rated 4-A because the titan is a physical manifestation of the dark fountain containing stars, which to be fair I find somewhat questionable considering the fountain mechanics, but I don't mind that much... Although a 5-B rating might be fair considering that the titans should be capable of destroying the world.

Mahito might be able to work around that because of how strange Soul Manip is in JJK. He and Kenjaku have a conversation about what even qualifies as the soul in JJK since both of them have powers that mess with souls but are so radically different that Kenjaku theorizes that there are multiple different interpretations of the soul that are equally valid.

You would need to prove that those are actual stars, not just dots on sky. And Darks Worlds are explicitly called illusions. But that discussion is neither here nor there.

No? We've never allowed Cross Verse Equalization to let characters learn to use effects of another verse's power system even if they're similar.
Seriously? Even if he only learns to use it during the fight? I mean, there are characters who are able to copy martial arts techniques mid-fight and even literally copy the abilities of opponents from different universes, why would learning to use cursed energy be any different?
I think it'd be more akin to having no cursed energy at all like Toji. rather than giving Garou the ability to use cursed energy. At best, we could equalize so that he can see the cursed spirits.
