I'd like to know the tier of something being able to face tank pistol shots point blank and being resistant to military guns (it seems to be rifles) Here's the stuff btw

It even carries over across continuity (parademon stuff for new 52 and rebirth should be the same as they're the cyborg variants but there's also the stuff of the New 52 being a rogue timeline that's been reabsorbed by mainline. They're also the second strain of parademons used next to the purple ones in current dc)

Artistic licenseWell, 1-A still doesn't make sense based on what was shown in the linked scans. Superhero stories with many hundreds of different writers are extremely inconsistent, and The Rock of Eternity was apparently treated as a physical object in this one.

Why would it be illogical for Shazam to perform this feat after being amped by its magic? I really don't see how its a contradiction, and with that logic, we should remove 1-A Anti-Crisis Wonder Woman just because her base self isn't stronger than SupermanWell, 1-A still doesn't make sense based on what was shown in the linked scans. If it’s with amp, then there’s no problem. At least it’s not like the Marvel profiles, where characters are Tier 1-A and it’s not even clear where the feat originates from. You’re just redirected from one profile to another, and in the end, you still can’t understand the reason why the characters are considered 1-A

Yes, but artistic license in terms of enormously powering down what would be required to perform the feat in question. Suddenly setting a normally 2-C flying brick superhero as 1-A, which completely contradicts the scaling for the entire verse, is not remotely logically reasonable.

Shazam is always empowered by magic from the Rock of Eternity as far as I am aware, and here it had also descended to a much lower level of reality, which canonically powers it down enormously according to how DC Comics cosmology officially functions. This is like scaling Superman and other superheroes to 1-A for being able to fight against the New Gods descended from their godhead states.

Superheroes should never be rated as high as 1A unless they have some external power ups . This is not a Marvel page but baseline Thor being 1A is an outlier as well especially fear itself says Rune king Thor only effected the baseline yggdrasill instead of true yggdrasill

Thor is literally a god, and over 50% elder god, his 1-A is far from unreasonable especially with how consistent it is that he holds back a lot and how many 1-A feats he has, and affecting ygsradil isn’t even close to his only 1-A feat and what does baseline ygsradil even mean and where in there does it say he only affected baseline ygsradil

I know someone mentioned this before but Marvel and DC both have so many 1-A—+ disqualifier instances we just ignore for aesthetic big tier reasons. There’s no real consistency here, it’s just that Marvel has more 1-As applied because supporters are more active.

No we aren’t, we are literally doing the opposite of that, most of the characters that are rated 1-A have an excuse for being 1-A, whereas characters who have 1-A feats but no excuse usually aren’t rated 1-AYes, strongly agreed. We are cherry-picking extreme outliers to upscale the characters to ridiculous extremes.
