Downgrade the LS of the high tiers to Class 10
and Downgrade Luke Valentine's Physicals, which would upgrade the 9-B's physicals

i just dont see any point in waiting so long just to downgrade her to class 10 knowing there's LS feats way higher than that

im aware but unfortunately I'm no calcer, so unless y'all can find a calcer to calc the feat, i feel like class 10 is the best we can do rn, that doesn't involve them scaling their physicals to a telekinetic feat

The Hellsing Wiki seems to think the cannon Seras used from the Zeppelin was an 8.8cm Flak 36. That gun weighs 7.4 tons.

we have Seras tearing through the metal flooring of a Nazi zeppelin and her ripping multi ton artillery's canon from the metal decks below her feat, and fire it one handed.

Okay. She held it up with one arm, so if anything she should be stronger.
She also ripped it straight through several floors, and the fragmentation of the aluminium alloy should be 48.75J/cc.

idk how to describe it, but Seras pulling out the 8.8 from below the airship, and ig Seras gripping a missle that the part she's gripping dented probably best to check around page 13-15 of the General Discussion since I just woke up rn and doing laundry so I'm kinda busy to get the scans

Wait, she threw that missile at a high speed. Depending on the weight of it, that could be higher than the cannon.

So now the only thing left is reducing Luke from scaling to Alucard to using his door busting feat, and scaling others to that.
There's an issue: Alucard thought Luke's speed was amazing, and was impressed by him even from far away, and yet he was unimpressed with Jan. Both were prototypes, but the issue becomes, for what? This is why Jan is currently assumed to compare to the standard artificial vampires and Luke is believed to be a prototype for Millennium's super vampires, such as Tubalcain. It also would also explain why Alucard went from impressed with Luke to less impressed with Tubalcain.

He already scales to Red Coat Alucard, who Tubalcain scales above.

Yeah Alucard did tell Luke that he's above a 'Category A' Vampire

Alucard also believed Luke was on his level partially due to Luke's physical abilities matching his own. He believed Luke also had all the other abilities held in reserve, and when it turned out he didn't Alucard realised Luke was actually just a physical match for Red Coat Alucard but without the same regeneration, and no transformation abilities.
