Hellsing: Upgrades

From what I'm seeing, the scan stated a haze appeared suddenly from the ocean area and soon after turned into a mist that covered all of Dover.

Suddenly and soon after implies a very short timeframe, but it did take some time as the haze appeared first and then the mist came.

Considering the possible timeframe, I'd say a minute might be good to use.

However this feat appears to be casual, so I imagine he isn't outputting at his full power.

Edit: Please add the mist density source to you're calc, it'd help a lot. Or just link your comment in this thread if you want.

BTW I think something should be done about Alucard's durability, withe the Tier 7 upgrade it is inevitable that there will be ssome downgrades regarding Alucard lower feats, like bbeing mauled by bullets
Maybe a note or a separate section should ddo the trick

Given that Alucard’s fighting style is literally just sandbagging so as to instill the most amount of fear in his opponent as possible, a note should be made that such things are not anti-feats

I don't think those things can just be disregarded considering it happens like a lot of times. It's clear that Alucard's durability is low, even if it's intentionally made that way by himself.
They are not anti-feats, because it's just how he works. It doesn't necessarily contradict the fact that he can make his body tough enough to physically overpower people (which I suppose would mean his durabilty scales to the necessary level).

Point is, IMO the fact that Alucard can be harmed by gunfire shouldn't be ignored and be outright placed in his profile that it's possible. Of course also including that he can simply become tougher once he decides to. That's how I see his funky vampire body works anyways.

So like, separate Durability ratings?
like
X when holding back, Y going fulll out

Disagree heavily with a separate durability rating. Simply add a note regarding his showings, at worst include his personality traits of instilling fear into the opponent as a weakness.

Normal vampires in Hellsing are already bullet proof, so it wouldn't make sense to include in the profile given that Alucard is the apex of vampires.

Yeah no, we don’t give separate durability rankings to characters when they’re holding back. That’s just ridiculous to me

Ok so, with the agreements we got so far
no disagreements from te looks of it
and DMUA just unfollowing the thread

I think it's about time we apply this

Alucard quite literally jobs by weakening his own self, and even nerfs himself with 3 known levels of restriction. This isn't the typical "holding back" like how All Might jobbed against Deku and Bakugo.

Pretty sure not all vampires are bulletproof as well, IIRC Luke Valentine's brother got pierced by nomal bullets just fine.

But fine. It doesn't have to be a separate durability ranking, especially if the majority insists not to. Just that the profile has to include the fact that it's in-character for Alucard to let his body be weak enough to get razed by bullets, because it would be textbook dishonest not do do so. This is an integral part of Alucard's character and is also something that can have a positive or negative effect in his VS matchups.

It could be noted in the Weakness section as LordGinSama suggested.

What exactly proves those were normal bullets rather than silver bullets?

The mere fact these are people who specifically specialize in hunting vampires and other creatures of the night kinda implies to me the would also have specialized weaponry, and (or) ammunition design to fight against said creatures.

I'm fine with listing it as a weakness

uh
can i talk abt how post schro alucard has LIMITED godly regen? the only reason why he could come back from existence was because of his souls. eos alucard doesn't have those souls anymore

There are no confirmations of either.

You can perhaps make the case for Integra being armed with silver bullets, but not the rest of the Convention of 12 which aren't really all comprised of vampire hunters IIRC. The convention handles everything in Britain from the shadows, fighting vampires is primarily the shtick of the Hellsings.
