It's supposed to be a reference to Jack the Ripper, even in the original Japanese. They decided to make it King the Ripper probably because it's Jack the Ripper in English. I do personally like Royal Ripper more, but it's an understandable change that could arguably fit better with the original Japanese.

I was curious about this one, and in Japanese his name is 総統, which can mean Supreme Leader, Führer, or President. But almost every sentence example mentions Hitler so I think while technically correct, they missed the intention there.

If the opponent has zero intelligence, fully puts him in death situation but never actually finish the fight, and depending on the situation, it could happen. But what you gain from Reactive Evolution can also change depending on the situation so i wouldn't say it's the same as Post-Sage Centipede key.
If we're just talking about power level, it isn't really realistic but not impossible either.

I don't imagine JC Staff nor the producers would want to continue making OPM given how bad the backlash is. Unless they're still making a profit, then they'll keep churning out mediocrity.

Even if the next 8 episodes are 8/10 in quality (highly unlikely), it's still too late. Th damage has been done. Many have lost interest to the point that they dropped the show. I even saw reactors dropping the show
like you know shit is bad when the people who get paid to react to anime episodes don't even wanna watch the episodes. Just being a big IP doesn't mean much anyway. Berserk got even worse treatment than OPM.. same is true for many, many other series like Seven Deadly Sins and Tokyo Ghoul.
The best case scenario is that some other studio/company gets ahold of the IP.
Though even then, it would just be a bandaid because the JC Staff portion is so bad. I guess the absolute dream scenario would be that a studio picks up after S1 and redoes the whole thing from there, but the chance of that happening are abysmal. Especially in the next 10 years lol.
I think it might just be dead. Even if we do get more anime, it'll probably be 5+ years down the line....
