I wish people would stop stretching for the most tenuous upgrades by trying to make the cities as large as possible and then scaling as many characters as possible to the destruction value of these cities.

Well, until new calculations are done, the Admirals are just scaling really far above 7-A (or something like that), so that's a thing. Granted, they're still way faster than Tornado, and she might not be able to get past their intangibility.
