Usually with stuff like this I've seen even a one-vote advantage get a thread passed, especially if it's after a long duration of debating and what-have-you, but it depends on a case-by-case basis.
RN we seem to be in a stalemate, and the others don't wanna vote so based on that IDK what compromise could be reached here.

As an aside, Grath and Firestorm have essentially the same vote, but you put one under agree and one under disagree.
I'd suggest just making an option in the middle for them.

We are effectively at a stalemate.
Normally the reasonable compromise would be just to go the UES way, but that just has two votes.
Even assuming SamanPatou is in the Disagree realm, that's dead-even, and everyone else I tagged is prolly not even gonna bother voting on this.
You could also consider a 2-1 bureaucrat advantage for keeping EE as AP, but that's up to you.
If we consider the UES camp as being in the same realm as the "Agree" camp since they do agree with it being AP but with certain conditions, then it would be a 3-vote advantage, which we usually allow to pass a thread of all kinds (I've seen threads as big as this pass with as little as a singular vote advantage tho so YMMV).

Literally just did. The compromise is to qualify EE for AP if a Universal Energy System is involved. That simple. However, it's not so much a compromise as just saying "AP is fine, but with a condition".

Also it seems like Celestial_Pegasus more or less agrees with Grath (Who in her first comment on the topic said she was fine with EE being AP if a UES was involved), and though it was before I asked her to clarify and she gave cold, hard confirmation that this was indeed the case, I suppose I can amend Celestial_Pegasus's vote to the "Agree with EE being AP if UES involved" vote count, if you wish to, of course.

At this point if you think a two vote gap advantage is insufficient, I suppose we could wait for the remaining staff that have yet to vote. Other than Saman (Hardly see him interact with threads like this anyway), that would just leave us with...

There ain't much new matters to discuss really. We were just discussing an alternate outcome for sub-Tier 2 EE scaling to AP via a UES like I had asked you a year or so ago.
