But why would he only upscale from Base Kumadori when MP Chopper was beating the **** out of him while he was using Rokushiki, shouldn’t he upscale from Kumadori w/ his Rokushiki?

I meant that Rokushiki Kumadori upscales from his base which sets the scaling for Chopper's Rumble Balls and Monster Point

Ok. I still think it would be weird for MP Chopper to not at least downscale to the 9 gigaton value because it would go against the whole narrative surrounding it if like a third of the fighters in CP9 and the Straw Hats were like, 4 times stronger than him or something.

I mean IIRC he was a threat to Franky and Kalifa but that's it.
