Amane Dachi downgrade

When Kaku says Amane Dachi is the strongest Rankyaku, he was almost certainly referring to it being the strongest Rankyaku technique, not that it's above any other user's Rankyaku.

Thus, Amane Dachi shouldn't scale above Hybrid Lucci's Rankyaku, and should be downgraded to 7-B+, as should Asura Zoro in Enies Lobby.

Edit: Just to be sure, I checked the official translation on mangasee and it just calls it "the strongest tempest kick of all", so nothing says it should be compared to Hybrid Lucci's Rankyaku.

Also, since it now no longer has a separate tier from Kaku's other Hybrid Rokushiki/Yontoryu abilities, it should probably not even have a separate mention in Pre-TS Kaku's AP.
