I can't fully answer that because dont know if they are equal levels in outerversal but BOB does seem more haxxed.

For now maybe, but definitely not if the planned revisions go through.
As for talking about the show itself, people always talk about how insane episode 8 was, but I thought the final episode was the craziest. Everything was so up to interpretation what was happening. Is this a version of evil Coop? Is this an alternate reality or was all of reality changed after Cooper saved Laura? Is JUDY about to attack them at the end? Why does everything feel emptier and darker? If these were answered in supplemental material, I haven't read them.

Yeah, I agree. I could see some changes being made to some of the pages, but for the most part the pages looked pretty good imo. Don't want to be too critical since I wasn't involved in the creation of the various pages, but this seems they were being a little too perfectionist here.
