Who has better CE precision/control?
baby six eyes user or FP Sukuna?
If you think the latter has better CE control then Sukuna gets free atomic level CE precision
(it's said that six eyes grant you this level of CE control, basically instantly born with that level of high CE control. And Sukuna himself is a god tier CE control user so there isn't really any reason as to why he wouldn't scale above even a random bum six eyes user that is a baby.)

I think I asked why a long time ago and there was also a thread addressing it. However, it seems like they are to remain at 8-A, idk how likely that is to change though. SSK kinda just kept robbing every chance they had at jumping a teir.

Toji never fights anyone stronger. Maki never does damage to Sukuna, so they stay 8-A. 7-C is also likely to be scrapped. (M3x can dream)
