What? Sasuke's Rinnegan is fully unique to him full stop because it does still have access to Sharingan powers unlike Madara's.

Sasuke still had a regular Sharingan as well, so that doesn't really prove anything necessarily.
But like Cinder mentioned, his Rinnegan was pretty unique.

Yes but Susano'o is the exception to this rule since Madara had to downgrade back to his EMS just to use Genjutsu on the Raikage.

Susano'o is its own thing. Once initially awakened by a Mangekyō Sharingan, it doesn't even require eyeballs to be used.

Obito would've ripped everyone a new asshole if he actually used any of those powers, especially after becoming Jūbito. What the hell were Naruto and Sasuke gonna do about a Jūbito level Chibaku Tensei or Shinra Tensei or god forbid Tengai Shinsei.
