Question if I use Seireitei for a location is that problem for human opponents? Would it affect a human being in anyway?
 
Isn't Ulquiorra Cero at least as strong as VL Ichigo's Cero? Why isn't this on Ulqiorra's profile?
 
Yes, it already is, but what I mean is that Ulqiorra's cero is as strong as VL Ichigo's cero and when they both threw their ceros at each other, both ceros destroyed each other, I think this is an important success.

No Ichigo’s Cero quashed Ulquiorra’s. Google what quashed means. They’re not equals. There is no important success lmao

Ichigo's cero overpowered Ulquiorra's. Ulquiorra even says so.

It probably did. Ulquiorra was thrown back, and had his wings folded in front of his body. Meaning that he had to defend against something.

I don't use discord to post scans. I use postimages and imgur. I've encountered your problem sometime, usually the reason is because of slow internet. Anyway, the scan was from Chapter 350, where Ulquiorra says "Impossible. That was undoubtedly a Cero blast! One strong enough to quash an Oscura."

It is for others. It's probably just slow internet from your end. Either way, I provided a chapter number so you can look up the panels on any of the (totally legal) manga websites.

Yes, the problem is probably me and I can examine the sections you mentioned.
 
I looked at the manga and the anime.
ulqiorra fired the first ceros, so he's right about what they say in the arc.
 
We have no proof that human souls get erased by Quincy Arrows, and considering Yamaji ended up in hell after getting killed by Yhwach's sword + finger laser, there are anti feats to them being EE to everyone
