they were no longer boosted by Zetten, it only lasts of the duration of the attack

This. Zetten is a momentary boost for the attack's duration. When the Zetten isn't coming out, their stats aren't Low 5-B

Yh the entire verse are able to see spirits normally whether or not you have magic. When the elf souls were leaving the clover citizen's bodies, they could talk and communicate with them.
And there's zagreda who was in the form of a soul without body and secre was able to seal him with the magic stones
