In fact, the current Boros scale is more or less like this: Gaia Cannon < Released Boros < Heat Beam (Able to one-shot someone physically comparable to Boros in his realesed form) < Meteoric Burst < CRSC (Able to one-shot someone who is capable of practically stomping on MB)

you just detailed the scaling chain.
gaia cannon < pre fused psykos < overgrown psykos < continent slice’s (which impressed tatsumaki, who already witnessed psykosorochi’s power < holding back tatsumaki <<<<<< serious tatsumaki (who is capable to one shot someone as strong as psykorochi, who could match a suppressed tatsumaki, even while really injuried)<<< serious healthy tatsumaki (saitama’s fight, she was confident in defeating him in a touch even after she already used as much power as in psykos’ fight)

1- csrc is not proofed to be able to one shot someone who can stomp mb, he wanted to destroy the planet so saitama would die aswell as consequence. Not a direct kill.

thought, even if he could, it would still be a smaller scaling chain

Btw typhon can instantly shatter you to pieces with her authority so i am pretty sure she actually does stomp most of the verse even without the madness manipulation with speed equalized

I am mostly unfamiliar with Re:Zero. What is the definition of guilty here? For instance, is someone like Darkshine guilty due to killing monsters?
