Its at least 8 I guess atm, the ending shot is tbh too fast, it was distracting how quickly it cut to KO. Dont think its actually best ep contender.

Difference is that Ultron has Acausalty while DIO doesn't.

Without his Infinite speed, Ultron is much stronger and has arguably higher speed ends than DIO. And arguably more varied hax

And they used stand stats in Dio vs Alucard in a black box, its not hard to see how 2 stands got infinite in speed written there and GER is suppose to be > them which is the most blatant thing ever
