Even if he did it's something like High 6-A. His best bet is the Low 5-B rhinox fart, or if they choose to say "it's ambiguous as to what continuity this follows so we're gonna take from both Sunbow and Marvel for scalling purposes" and use that as supporting evidence for tier 5. I'm pretty sure every time MMX was in DB they rejected Lumine's feat? But I don't know if that's changed either.
If you're asking for scaling outside of Beast Wars, he does appear in the Beast Wars II movie (and I think the manga?), but I don't think that's all too high up or if using it is at all possible.

From my understanding (read: I watched the animes) it's really just a Japanese only sequel to the Sunbow cartoon, it's infinitely simpler to use it than to make a weird Frankenstein out of Transformers characters.

Honestly a big reason why I want Kratos vs Asura is so that it undergoes the Goku vs Superman effect. As in Death Battle does more research that unearths plenty of more feats for Asura.And finally I'm done

Yeah, that shit is messed up. People can dislike the series all they want, but sending death threats to a kid who is just enjoying his time making videos is completely insane. (which are done in a phone who is freaking awesome considering the quality).
