Based on her reaction probably yes. She called the Quincy that were defeated pathetic and bragged about her and Meninas being strongest. She also didn't seem worried just said he seemed impressive/tough. I wouldn't call it ego as she tends to know the danger of things before everyone else. Like with Kenpachi, Ichigo and auswahlen. So Byakuya probably wins mid difficulty I doubt high but eh. Candice lost an arm, got shot by bazz B, and ran out of power. So it's safe to say sternritter girls > Robert. Even a weakened Candice and Meninas survived auswahlen where as Robert was obliterated

Gerard goes from getting folded to packing up everyone, then Kenpachi throws hands with him but gets overpowered after Gerard gets a new arm, Kenpachi's Bankai easily sheers through Gerard's shield which he couldn't do even though he could cut Gerard's arm off, and his Bankai was stated to be incapable of breaking Gerard's core.

Royal guard is above Senjumaru because i highly doubt that they're going to be beaten, even with their buffs as their powers are just busted
Gerard could manhandle the entire gotei 13 by himself if he wanted (without stats equal) and we don't know how her hax works yet

Yamamoto / baraggan are kinda tied for me

And gremmy's ability is just busted, any reality warping thought based hax on equal stats gets an automatic high rank for me

No nozeil's passive spatial barrier probably negs it,

He gets blitz and won’t be able to do that in time because Barragen’s time hax will make Nozeil slow and he was blitz by Senjumaru.

yukio can put barrgan in a dimension and neg his powers.

He can’t do that if he is getting blitz. You act like Barragan is gonna stand there and wait for the dimension to seal him away.

Then kill him or seal him,uryu can crush a rock and reverse it at barrgan,

He will get hit before that happens.

askin can adapt or use giftball which has larger range.

Askin can’t adapt to “aging” is not an substance. Giftball deluxe requires Vollstandig which Barragan can blitz again.

The issue with barrgan is that you can still avoid his hax pretty easy and cutt of your body part that got hit.

Not when stats are equalize and Barragan has a time hax that make you slower than him. In character Barragan goes for cascada without stopping.

How tho? She has shunpo techniques, shunko to amp her stats and no massive reiatsu gap wouldn't make them immune to shikai. So she would blitz them, confuse them with clones/after images, etc.

- why did Pernida not evolve after the Senjumaru clone? It was still a physical reishi being? Pernida controls the nerves of others and matter. Wouldn't Pernida notice that with her nerves? Was that an illusion? Or reality manipulation? Is different from the puppet Gerard stabbed.

- Why didn't Pernida turn Kirio into a meat ball? Shouldn't her powers touch Kirio and make Pernida evolve again?

Raven when she realizes that characters in the series who are relative with each other in speed generally don't blitz each other with Shunpo because of Bleach characters having really good inherent reaction speed that isn't necessarily tied to their combat speed. And that Shunko doesn't increase one's speed by any notable degree, any measurable degree. It's beyond unquantifiable, that it's more so of an AP amp rather than speed amp.

I don't know how you can have Soi-Fon above Bankai Yamamoto, Baraggan, The Cleaner etc. When all of them doodoo on her.

@Deceived3596 Speed may be equal but the characters aside from Byakuya and Yoruichi don't have shunpo techniques. Example Yoruichi and Byakuya have that one step where you kill a fake version of them. Idr name. Soi fon can also create a bunch of clones/after images. Now this won't help blitz but it'll help set up shikai. Unquantifiable doesn't matter it increases speed and power. Soi fon being captain of the stealth force has techniques good to help her in assassination

Sui Feng ks trash most captains obliterate her = stats.

She's not blitzing anyone with shunpo, she's never shown doing that to a character relative to her. Her shikai whilst conceptually strong would be too circumstantial to edge out a win and her bankai is ooc and too slow to be effective. Shunko is an unquantifiable amp that didn't even let her beat base BG9.
