Yes it’s headcanon. Also in the original S0 never unleashed a blood seal to unlock their true power shaking the universe, the anime clearly changed shit up from the manga, so your point is moot.

Eh I'm not sure. From the trailer I think Uryu will probably turn around the situation so the elites won't necessairily win by themselves and even if they're not at full power they might not have direct scaling to unsealed 0 division

honestly we didn’t even saw how they get killed in the manga too. So it could be the SS was never stronger in the manga since the begging.
the manga just show oetsu getting 2 holes as in the anime, and then off-screen everything until the showing of a panel post Yhwach vs Ichibei of all of them dead.

I think muken aizen wins guaranteed against squad 0 but I still have some doubts about chrysalis, butterfly and monster aizen. There is no proof anybody sensed her reiatsu. They are either reacting to the giant ass red sphere above or the skies rumbling. And like I said before They couldn't tell she was way stronger. Even in her bankai Gerard thought it was some puny thing despite being in direct contact with the reiatsu that shook the realms.

They stand no chance against Butterfly Aizen.
Databooks already confirmed how powerful Aizen is. If he defeated Ichigo, he would have solo S0 and replace SK. They only way i think they can stop him is if they seal him but that can only happen if he is weakened enough or the same technique for sealing Reio is the only thing that can would work
