Yeah, there are 2-A's in the Non-Smurf thread who are above them so they aren't making it on the list. They should be removed from the 2-C list though.

His rebirth stuff only goes up to Low 2-C, and doesn't get Low 1-C stuff until Rewrite.

All due respect, you're the one advocating for him to be on these power-scaling lists, you need to list proper reasoning why he is so haxxed.

Not a smurf: Someone with 5-B AP affecting a 4-B character through hax, because despite the latter's superior strength, they're both 3-D.
Smurf examples:
- D&D 2-A Gods have spells that affect 1-A beings
- Similarly, 6-C's in D&D can affect 4-D Demon Gods or even the entire multiverse.
- Doctor Strange mind-haxxing Umar, who dimensionality-wise is Low 1-C at minimum (her AP is Low 1-A but AP doesn't matter for hax).
- Xavier mind-fighting the Phoenix, a Low 1-A entity who is also Low 1-A in its physical nature.
- Doctor Doom's mind-hax protecting Scarlet Witch's mind from the tier 1 and Higher-D Elder God Chthon's madness hax.
- The Furies in God of War, despite only being High 6-A/4-A, can mind-hax 5-D beings.
