the scaling is about Blast and Boris, and the "almost a real fight statement", it has nothing to do with him being called strong after a punch.
the scale of the fight was undecided, but the scale doesn't have much impact on the scaling chain. Besides, csrc destroying only the surface doesn't mean much, since it's literally just a destructive capacity vs AP thing at best. Boros' similar energy attacks were only able to destroy the ship, even though they should've been much more potent. On top of that, Boros was still saying that it would destroy Saitama AND the surface along with him, meaning in Boros' eyes it was Saitama's durability + the high 6-A feat
