the whole point is that Blast fighting God and Boros being told that his match was on earth happened at the same time, it's extremely clear that the prophecy was supposed to be about Blast
and we know it's true, because there was literally nobody else in the universe who could fight Boros. The prophet wasn't innacurate, and he was indeed right that Boros' match was on earth, and the strongest person on earth at the time was Blast

I'm being pedantic, but this only half true. The CSRC's raw translation about destroying the planet's surface is 1:1 with the manga. The problem is that it's an unbacked boast, whereas the manga has the guide and some supporting feats.
