Is this the full text? The syntax doesn't seem to line up
“未来予知可能" means to give knowledge of the future possibilities
”極“ itself commonly means "extreme" in English
It could translate to "give knowledge of the extreme future possibilities” but it is far more accurate to write it as “给予极端未来可能性的知识”
“予” means grant and “知” means knowledge
