This may be an unfamiliar concept given the typical culture of people being unwilling to accept that they are wrong, but if I have no questions left then I will and have changed my mind about things like this in the past. Either way, there is no reason to close the thread, since there will most likely be a resolution reached on way or another
you in particular, I have noticed, have a bad habit of being trigger happy and closing threads prematurely, which is incredibly unproductive and only leads to arguments being cut short halfway with many loose ends for no reason. Respectfully, back off for a few days, unless you can answer my concerns from earlier directly debunking the arguments from the past that you choose to cling to. Yes, people will respond to the responses of responses of responses, that is how any actual discussion works, granted again you may be unfamiliar with the concept of having a discussion without resorting to using your staff power when you decide you want to, but nonetheless, it just doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter if the thread takes a while, because I have had to put up with threads that take over a month just because of a single staff member keeping me waiting and whatnot.
You treat threads as if every second they’re open a house explodes somewhere in the world, and I don’t really appreciate the idea that closing a thread because it was “rejected” is a valid thing
this isn’t even a situation where things have circled back to the very beginning and you are closing it as a last resort. This is an ongoing discussion, I have literally brought up new points and video evidence that you have ignored thus far, and rather than closing the thread as a last resort when there’s clearly nowhere else to go, you’re using it as your 1st resort once a few people have stated that they disagree at the moment.
I do not mind being proven wrong, I just kind it when you’re flexing your staff power in substitute of proving me wrong, and I am quite sure that this usage of thread closing was not quite what Antvasima intended.
