First and foremost, “countless” Galaxies in the super manga is a straight up mistranslation.
“You must be joking! A single galaxy is inexplicably huge. Do you even know how many galaxies are in the universe?!” -Viz
So never does Jaco ever mention countless or boundless/endless galaxies and is more so speaking on how a singular galaxy is big and that there’s a lot of them.
The raws also back up with I’m saying, never even having the wording for these higher interpretations.

Yeah, that would be impossible for someone like frieza army to get a hold over, they are most likely talking about planets or observable Universe, I believe taking a narrative statement over some random characters is more/far credible.

Well I fine with any of the suggestion given but as staff may feel. I don't see any problem with outright Infinite either, regarding speed thing, we accept travelling Infinite distances at different amount of times like 0 sec, any amount of finite time, etc so that's not really a contradiction either.

As far as I am aware, he may seems to be talking about crossing mortal realm in different time from one another (?)(cases are very low if there is) but regardless it's acceptable to cross Infinite with different speed.

Yeah... Let's not start arguement over each other loosely used words. He seems to just tryna convince damage and it's fine but Damage want to look for more opinion before giving his vote is as well fine. The same can be apply to many other verses who don't consistently show infinite speed 24 hours on 24, yet it not enough to downplay them.
Anyway, i agree that we have enough evidence between statements/databook for the Living World (not the entire Macrocosmo) to be at the very least possibly infinite.
