Btw this isn't a contradiction for low 2-C because a normal universe in its 3-D space is able to have only finite energy (think a realm size of observable universe now and that's still fine as just low 2-C). Sure there might hypothetically be infinite energy across past present and future but that's extremely silly to account for here and is not immediately available unlike the energy in the universe at a given moment in time. You can also take this further by saying stuff like time and dimensions dont even technically have energy at all so I dont really see any reason for a downgrade here.

One of the main reasons why CF is considered Low 2-C is Alice's infinite sized pocket dimension. Teaparty already explained not having infinite energy alone isn't anti feat. I don't see thread addressing size of accepted CF. So thread makes no sense to me

Basically this. Low 2-Cs dont need to be infinite-sized. As long as it's a universe with time (which is the case) the rating can stay.

So I disagree with the thread.

Btw, the Sea's current rating is not dependant on the size of the celestial foundations, so it and things above it wouldn't change either way.
