huh from what I know the jogo calc thats small city assumes it traveled 3000m/s, without that its only 7-C I think, if theres another one that was accepted then I mean ok but at best the matches we'd do would be like Gojo vs Billy or Billy vs Sukuna and Billy stomps Gojo pretty easily and either incaps Sukuna or ends up sealing him.
