Shouko has plot hax that negates attacks against her and plots hax that erases the opponent. From a glance at his powers there is nothing much he can do against that.

Plot hax and reality warping are pretty similar powers.
Anyway, you can just read the last CRT if you want the quotes.
TL;DR the world is a fictional one created by Shouko and her magical book that makes her writing real. The power is described as using a pen to write anything she wants into it or using an eraser to erase things from it. You can't time travel further back in history than the point where Shouko began the story. Some of Shouko's techniques do things like "ending part 1". In a certain sense the world is also a dream of Shouko (although that gets weird, cause no reality-fiction superiority).
It's also established as a highly fundamental and abstract power. It's said to be 1 level higher/deeper than Ether and Ether itself is Information (Type 2), which in turn is one level more abstract than the laws of nature and all concrete things (including matter, energy, space, time, minds, souls, destiny and information (type 1)).

I've been very busy working on revision a bunch of profiles (which is why I haven't been on this part of the site for long amounts amount of time nor have done really any vs debates)
If Ard can resist Reiatsu Crush, see and damage Gimmjow and resist his passive corruption via being a Hollow then Ard takes the spot.

He has a passive soul destroying, fear inducing and power nullifying aura (the latter being done via taking control of another's internal power) going for him. Unless her plot-hax is also passive as well.

but beside that, Shouko didn't have resistance to either one of those judging on her profile... but Arifureta character does.... in many layered, about 15 i guess? since their soul resistance tied with their powernull and mind resistence

It gets pretty aggregious by Tier 4 lol.
If they do have resistance to most of the aura up to 15 layers then maybe they can take the spot. Granted, there's still Divine Sense powers to deal with, like transmutation, sealing and more. If they resist those then sure, they can take the spot.

eh I'm still pretty dubious though, since that's their one of few advantages they got until the match between Wang Li and Hajime or Yue were made

Shouka's Plot Manipulation works in that anything she can imagine she will automatically defend against. With her Imagination being what she used to create the entire universe the story takes place in.
A component of that universe is Ether, with Ether being what the information of an object is made from. With Ether itself being higher then the laws of the world; such as physics, time, light, heat, weight, distance, and all that.

And, as relevant for this case, Ether is also higher than mind and soul.
Hence I'm relatively confident that Shouko's plot hax simply negates.
