Theodore should be removed from 3-B at least given that by then he would still be able to do what he did against wrath and become one with akasha, which although it is not in character for him, is still something he can do, and given he can do the same in not only his transcendent key and with authority depending on what you push, he should not be in those tiers
 
Time for the King to rightfully take his throne, Anos Voldigoad for the first 2-A as he can now affect Acausality type 5.

Eques should share spot with Graham & Anos in Low 2-C, he's pretty much strong as them in that key
 
Looking at those 2 profiles, doubt they can even do tickles to rim
 
He can't even interact with Xue cause of his body thus it need something on the Law power equal. Then he has his Mirage World which would need some powerful spatial/dimensional hax to even reach and then since in this key its his first or second move, the instant is used Sonic is mind/soul haxed...while also type 8 immortality thanks to it. This is without going further on his hax. Basically, he cant even put a fight.

How the f*ck pink panther beat Xue Ying is beyond me
 
Xue didn't have any higher matches and no one proposed him higher thats why he is the 4th. He got a free spot when others were nuked from the list.
