The difference is that that strike instantly killed him, so it's a different circumstance. If two characters get hit by Character A's attack which we'll call HJ punches, and enemy 1 is turned into mush, while enemy 2 gets a broken arm, it should be clear that enemy 2 is tougher than enemy 1. Even if they both would get 1 shot by a full power attack.

Idk for sure, I don't even know how to calculate it. I could try to mirror the Orochi calc I guess, but I would expect something around 5B.

The problem is that Saitama does not put the same force in all punches. It applies to normal punches (as countless examples exists), so why would it be different to Serious punches?

I think that there is a cover where Saitama says that he doesn't have en "final move" because he can kill everyone with any punch, so a "final punch" is just a normal punch with an epic name for him or something like that
