Yeah it is, he only gets a much higher range via his mana zone which is like thousands of kilometers and doubt he'd use it in a battle scenario

Sorry I didn’t know but he just has to put his hand out and he can soul steal or paralyze Julius with omnious bind. He might not start off with ON since SBA has changed and just start off with omnious bind. Same for Julius he won’t EE him of the bat.

Speedster kinda low key rhetorically slapping rn . He just said that since omiou nebula is an attack and his attacks have km range, his nebula has km range. Basic modus ponens. Haven't seen a defeater to it .

And Im unsure of Julius's extent besides one layer.

If we seriously count that as layers

Mana Zone Julius' resistance > Julius' resistance > Captains resistance > Magic Knight's resistance > Elves powernull

This range argument is really pointless. We all know Julius fights within meters of his opponents and only a few of his best attacks are wide ranging. He'd have to go up close to really get any win con through so if god or ON are used its basically gg.

I was going to say that Ominous Nebula + Commandment would be his win con since basically Ominous Nebula attracts and repels and depending on how Julius lands( if his back is facing Zeldris) he would be affected by Zeldris' commandment


But from what I just read, characters are facing towards him every time they get hit with the exception of Escanor and ludociel whom should have divine protection against commandments
