1. It’s a vague feat we never see which can be interpreted multiple ways
2. It’s taken at the highest level
3. It’s a massive outlier that isn’t supported by any other feat

It doesn't scale to their stats for some reason hence why they even have a High 4-C with creation on their profile
This isn't even what the thread is entirely about, infact the justifications of the ratings isn't actually what the High 4-C part about, it's about the out of context reasons for chaos having a "via creation" rating

Cause it was a casual passive feat that happened instantly on panel and was accomplished just by Selene flexing her magic power and then Suzaku is said to be stronger than her and other characters are said to be comparable in power to Suzaku...
This isn't even remotely similar to the DK and SD's off screen vague stated feats of creating their realms

Considering we don’t ever get to see Chaos’ Full Powers and him fight, I wouldn’t have even made a Chaos profile, but since he has one, I mean I would go with… And this is hard for me to even say because I think the entire feat is false, but just have his AP be High 4-C, it doesn’t scale to SC or Durability cause we don’t know how Chaos fights

The Sacred Tree didn't give a crap about humans and neither did its fairies.
The Giants also didn't give a crap about humans, even when they were the fourth created by Chaos.
We don't even know what the Demons and Goddesses felt when humans first appeared.
Only the DK and SD, and they were paranoid that their own creations would like Chaos more than them.

A part of the justification used in Chaos' AP is wrong
Because the SD and DK weren't jealous of Chaos' power, they were jealous of Chaos' last creations, humans.
