This is an old feat and it was discussed before on many occasions. The attacks ended up being signal beams, which are accepted as LS, rather than Techno blast.
All i ask for is re-evalutation.
 
You forgot to put a comma before the last character when you divided the distance by the time and overestimated the result by 10 times.

In fact, I myself believe that the construction was formed in less than 0.0013, however, we cannot know exactly how much, because we see that at the beginning of the timer, part of the construction is already there.
