I've added more supporting evidence and calculations of said evidence to go with this including the translated novelization and data from the world guide. I'm up to 1 in game cutscene of a character reacting to an EMP. And 5 videos of gameplay regarding lasers and EMP's. 1 video of laser dodges using an in game ability. 2 videos dodging enemy machine lasers. 1 video of dodging enemy android lasers which do not give any indication when they are about to fire. And 1 video of enemies reacting and blocking laser attacks.

If there is and issue with these please let me know why and, perhaps most importantly, how must the evidence be modified to be accepted? I cannot present the necessary evidence if I don't know what is being looked for. I beseech any calc mods who see this to evaluate/help me with this.
