Do we have heights for the characters? At worst I can use the "7 foot frame" quote for Bruno and scale to that but if that's the case everyone's like 6 foot minimum so kinda don't want to do that

Most likely you could scale off of Bruno who is accepted to be the average Colombian man height of 170.6 cm tall in the calc where he busts a wall of the casita

What's the difference between Maui and Luisa here for "actual feats" vs "song feats/boasts"? Maui gets his song boasts but we can't give Luisa the mountain moving when the candle literally performed a casual feat like that with it's magic and one of them can create a hurricane under it's magic? Her statements seem entirely feasible to me. At least rate it as a "possibly 7-A"

That isn't Luisa's feat though, so I would say she should be "possibly 7-A"
She also needs two keys when she's powerless and when she has her magic, since it's clear she's far weaker when she's not amped by the magic candle

What's up. I calculated the feat of Luisa kicking a house back in place.
Just going to point out some things real quick...
Pepa would be Low 7-B with her weather manipulation since she made a thunder storm multiple times. With her weather control would also come Electricity, Wind, Water, and Ice Manipulation.
Isabela would obviously get plant manipulation, but she could also get either Smoke or Fragrance Manipulation depending on how you interpret the pollen that sprays out of her flowers and coats her hair and skin. She's used her plants to ascend buildings, so she could also get Surface Scaling. Her AP with plants could be 9-C for breaking Mariano's nose, however, she also made cracks in the foundation with them so perhaps even 9-B? Although said cracks could just be attributed to Casita already falling apart.
Camilo would get shapeshifting as well as body control, seeing how he not only changes into people but also can give them exaggerated proportions (see the WDTAB scene and when he turns into a smaller version of Felix). He seems to get the physical attributes of whom he shifts into, since he was able to lift heavier things when he turned into a larger dude. Limited Stat Amping, perhaps?
Finally, a lot of them could get Athletic Human or even Peak reactions due to dodging falling debris while Casita was crumbling.

Anyone else think mostly everyone in Encanto is 9-B? Cuz even those who aren’t very athletic have decent feats like This one where Mirabel breaks this wooden plank 0:59

The stuff in What Else Can I Do? I think can all be counted since it's completely reasonable that everything that happens takes place in Isabela's room.
Surface Pressure is a good example of where most of it wouldn't be valid, since they teleport all over the world and it's clearly just representing what Luisa's feeling in the moment. I mean otherwise she'd easily be Tier 8 if not 7

I guess since Bruno is just a normal human there physically. Only Luisa got Superhuman strength is is noted to be very tough
